Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP)
Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) program is a community-driven program which allows foreign nationals to obtain a job offer to fill the gap of labor needs in Rural and Northern areas of Canada.

In addition, low birth rates, aging population, and youth immigration were reported to have had a huge impact by decreasing its population.
